Viktar has over 15 years of experience in Belarusian and international taxation and commercial law of Belarus. He has assisted various clients, from Belarusian and international banks to production enterprises and companies of telecommunications, media and technology sector. Currently he focuses on the international tax planning, intellectual property issues and assistance in inbound investments into Belarus. Has experience in pharmaceutical industry, IT, real estate, FMCG etc.
Licensed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to provide legal services.
Has been practicing law since 1998. Before independent practice has worked in a local law firm in Belarus and in a Big Four company in Minsk and Moscow.
